Corporate Development / Quality Management

The Corporate Development/Quality Management staff unit supports the CEO of the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic in the areas of corporate development and quality management by designing quality, risk, project and process management concepts.

Quality management

At the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic, the nine guiding principles of our quality policy provide a binding framework for centralised quality management and decentralised quality assurance.

The most important pillars of the quality policy are a focus on the interests of the stakeholders and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the controlled processes.

Quality control

The quality of the outcome and customer satisfaction are the most important criteria for evaluating the benefits of rehabilitation. The quality of the outcome is monitored regularly for each patient when managing their treatment. Patient and referrer satisfaction is used as a feedback tool to assess quality from the customer’s perspective. The quality of the processes is evaluated against the ISO 9001 standard with the aid of audits.

We are constantly identifying ways to improve on the basis of these results, and implementing these ideas successfully.

The Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic fulfils the quality criteria of SW!SS REHA, the association of leading Swiss rehabilitation clinics.
