Centre of expertise for occupational integration
At the centre of expertise for occupational integration, people are helped to return to their previous workplace or to find a new job on a permanent basis as quickly as possible after illness or an accident.
Working in partnership with Suva and IV (disability benefit providers), the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic offers the following:
Reintegration services:
- Support according to Long-COVID
- Work-focused therapy
- Integration services
- Occupational assessments and preparation for work
- Advice on occupations, courses of study and careers
- Job coaching
- Reintegration consultation
Social security and private insurance providers have different ways of referring their policy-holders to the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic for reintegration services, depending on individual needs.

In-patient stay
When staying at our clinic as an in-patient, suitable patients are referred to our internal "Employment" department. After an initial discussion, an expert presents a proposal to the social security and private insurance providers on how to proceed.
Occupational reviews on behalf of Suva and IV
Having an occupational review helps young adults or adults with health problems to develop their careers or change direction and includes not only an analysis of their personal, professional and health situation but also advice on training, bearing in mind their circumstances under social insurance law. The advice and assessment services are provided by trained advisors on jobs, higher education and careers who are able to draw on extensive knowledge of social insurance law.
