Job coaching

Specialist experts in "supported employment" support and assist clients before, during and after their entry into the labour market.

Whether it is a new employer or a previous one, and whether the client is looking for a training position or a job, our job coaches support them with their return to work. The job coaches work in accordance with "supported employment" practice and involve both employers and people around the client in the coaching. They write written reports that provide the basis for decision-making by the relevant social security provider.
