• Work as a career counsellor for disabled people at the Zurich Disability Insurance Office
• Work as a career counsellor for disabled people at the Aarau Disability Insurance Office
• 2 1/2 years of travel (throughout the Americas with a VW van)
• Work as a career counsellor for disabled people at the Aarau Disability Insurance Office and at the public career counselling centre in Zurzach
• Joined the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic on 1 November 2000 (first as a career counsellor, then as of 1 January 2002 as the deputy director of work reintegration)LI>

Duties

• Supervision of all non-physician staff in the work rehabilitation department
• Review of organisational and process structures in work rehabilitation, redevelopment of some of these/development of interfaces to other processes and specialist departments
• Development of structured programmes and therapies for work rehabilitation
• Development of a training and continuing education programme in work rehabilitation and a contact point for internal clinic controlling (budget, cost centres, etc.)
• Responsible for the implementation of the Balanced Score Card in work rehabilitation
• Member of the extended clinic management
• Deputy Director of Work Reintegration and work in outpatient career counselling

Vision

I would like to participate in making the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic No. 1 in Switzerland in accident rehabilitation and to ensure that it is competitive in the market. The staff should have a sense of well-being at their workplace and actively help to shape it. Open, transparent communication is important to me.
